  • PGL Business Office has a team of experienced billing and collection professionals who understand health plan contracts and can work effectively with physician offices and patients.
  • Our Business Office can assist your staff with providing estimated charges for services, based on either a description of services or CPT Code.
  • Our staff often functions as a billing resource for our client physician offices.
  • The Business Office files insurance claims for any healthcare plan when adequate information is provided by referring facility and/or referring physician.
  • We gladly work with self-pay patients to assist them with their balance and payment options.
  • PGL provides client facilities and physicians a current list of PGL health plan contracts, which is updated as changes are made.
  • PGL provides timely and accurate monthly statements.
